This interesting look at a French cohort of 1480 patients who completed two full years of maintenance immunotherapy for locally-advanced non-small cell lung cancer reports, among the minority (26%) who subsequently recur, only half received salvage chemo while the other half received local radiotherapy alone as first-line salvage, the latter approach achieving a survival rate of 74% 4 years out from salvage radiation. | Rousseau, JAMA Oncol 2026
