Is it safe to administer sacituzumab govitecan along with radiation? In this retrospective study, 55 patients received radiation to 63 lesions either concurrent with or sequential immediately after sacituzumab govitecan. The most common sites were the bone (49%) and the brain (32%). SBRT was used in 40%. With 7.9 months median follow up, 27% developed grade 1-2 toxicity, and there was no grade 3+ toxicity.
