In a retrospective series of 11 patients (13 sites) with bulky, symptomatic, largely aggressive lymphomas, quadshot RT (14–14.8 Gy in 4 BID fractions over 2 days) achieved symptom improvement in 100% of cases and complete metabolic response (Deauville 1–2) in 9/10 evaluable sites, with no grade ≥3 toxicity and successful transition to planned systemic therapy (including CAR-T) in all patients. | Zeng, Adv Radiat Oncol 2026
