Radiation is an effective bridging therapy for patients with refractory B cell lymphoma receiving CAR T therapy. In this pilot study, 10 patients planning to receive CAR T therapy were treated with bridging palliative RT consisting of 5 Gy per fraction delivered once per week for up to 5 fractions total. All patients (100%) had symptomatic response, 30% had an in-field complete response, and 60% had a partial response.
