OligoCare is a large, prospective observational study of SBRT for oligometastatic cancer. We’ve previously read interim results describing patient and treatment characteristics. Here we have initial reporting of acute toxicity results from 1468 patients treated thus far. The most common primary sites were prostate (45%), NSCLC (20%), and colorectal cancer (20%). The majority had de novo oligometastatic disease (56%). In the previous report, the most common sites were bone (22%), lung (21%), and lymph nodes (19%). The median number of fractions was 5 and median dose per fraction was 9.7 Gy. Treatment was extremely safe with just 0.5% experiencing acute grade 3+ SBRT-related toxicity. There were 2 (0.1%) fatal events (pneumonitis and cerebral hemorrhage). | Alongi, Radiother Oncol 2024
