OligoCare is a large, prospective observational cohort study being conducted by the EORTC with a goal of collecting real world treatment and outcomes data for patients treated with SBRT for oligometastatic cancer. In this early interim analysis, 1099 patients with oligometastatic cancer were treated with SBRT to metastatic sites. The most common disease types were prostate cancer (47.5%), NSCLC (19.5%), colorectal cancer (18.4%), and breast cancer (16.3%). The most common metastatic sites were non-spine bone (22.8%), lung (21%), and lymph node (19%), and ⅔ of patients had just a single oligometastasis. The median number of fractions was 5, and the median dose per fraction was 9.7 Gy. Future analyses of OligoCare will focus on factors associated with efficacy and toxicity of oligometastatic SBRT across disease sites and types. | Christ, Radiother Oncol 2024
