Peer review plays an important role in assuring quality in radiation oncology. However, the format and efficacy of peer review is highly variable. This experience from Emory describes transitioning from a standard chart rounds system to one driven by an automated system that identifies all newly-approved plans, extracts relevant clinical info, and displays germane elements of the plan with formalized feedback scorecards. What’s more, this was easily tailored to create smaller more detailed disease site-specific chart rounds fostering more meaningful participation and discussion. | Ali, Adv Radiat Oncol 2023
