In this phase 2 trial, 20 patients with cutaneous angiosarcoma received induction paclitaxel followed by concurrent paclitaxel and radiation (50-50.4 Gy in 25-28 fractions). Almost all (95%) underwent resection. The pathologic complete response rate was 56%. At 2 years local control was 82.5%, and OS was 87.4%. | Raju-Salicki, ASTRO 2026
