12-year follow-up of RTOG 0415 confirms noninferior disease-free survival (61.8% v 56.1%) and superior biochemical control (90.1% v 83%) following hypofractionated (70 Gy in 28 fractions) versus conventionally-fractionated definitive radiation for favorable risk prostate cancer. Long term follow-up of RTOG 0126 also confirms superior biochemical control as well as both local and distant disease control with dose-escalated, conventionally fractionated RT. | Lee, ASTRO 2023 & Michalski, ASTRO 2023
