A retrospective look at 449 patients receiving enfortumab vedotin for urothelial cancer reports over one-quarter (n=127) developed associated cutaneous reactions–most commonly pruritus, morbilliform dermatitis, or nonspecific eruptions–with a median onset of just 17 days. Such reactions were independently associated with improved progression-free (HR 0.60) and overall (HR 0.46) survival, particularly those with early onset (≤15 days). | Lee, Dermatol 2026
